This download will install the drivers needed for your Sager D87P. The drivers and much of the factory software is supplied in a simple to use format. If you have either just installed Microsoft Windows or your existing setup has driver problems, then this is the download you need. The drivers and much of the factory software is
supplied in a format which allows Microsoft Windows operating
system to find the correct driver. To
manually update your system, you would normally have to find the most
up to date driver, download it, decompress it and make sure it was the
correct one for the device that you are having problems with. If you
already have other drivers installed it can get very complicated with
device drivers throwing errors (e.g. code 10 device cannot start /
code 28 device driver not installed). You
will be presented with a start-up screen which will allow you to
install the drivers and most of the other software that your
machine was originally shipped with. There is also an automated script
which scans your system for unwanted device drivers and incorrectly
installed hardware. This software cleans up your system hardware setup
much like a registry cleaner does! This recovery CD does not contain any version of Microsoft Windows OS (XP , Vista, 7 Etc) and Microsoft Windows OS must be installed on your computer to use this download! |

From the BBC (Original BBC Article)
A US federal court has ordered Microsoft to pay over $290m (£175m) for wilfully infringing on a patent by Canadian firm i4i. The patent relates to the use of XML, a mark-up language that allows formatting of text and makes files readable across different programs. XML is used in recent versions of Microsoft's word-processer Word. |
